Warranty:

SonicWise warrants to the original end-user that all its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS for our standard products and ONE YEAR for customized products from the date of shipment. In accordance with this limited warranty, SonicWise, at its expense, shall either repair or replace any product or part thereof that proved defective. Under this limited warranty, the product shall be returned to SonicWise, freight prepaid, and insured with a copy of the invoice showing the date and place of the purchase, model, and serial number of the product. This warranty does not cover any damages to this product that results from abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, exposure to extreme temperature and humidity, or use of improper electrical power.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied. SonicWise’s liability, whether based on contract, warranty, strict liability, or any other theory, shall not exceed the price of the individual unit whose defect or damage is the bases for the claim. In no event shall SonicWise be liable for any special or consequential damages.

Product Return Policy:

Refunds or exchanges will be gladly given on items that are unused and undamaged. Returned items must have all the original literature in place and be in the original packaging. There is no refund or exchange on custom-built systems, cleaning solutions, and products that are not part of SonicWise inventory and are supplied to customers at the customer’s request. Please email us at sales@sonicwise.com for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Please also include a description of the reason for your return. Refunds or exchanges will only be given with a Return Authorization number. All refunds will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. You must request a Return Authorization number no later than 30 days after your order ship date. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. We do not accept freight-collect. We strongly recommend a carrier that will provide you with delivery confirmation.
